Current plans are to have storage available in Q1 2021 with a state of the art facility that is environmentally best in class and set up for maximum flexibility and efficiency for our customers.

 
 

The planned terminal specifications are as follows:

  • Initial total of 1.2 million barrels of storage capacity with a total of 15 tanks.

    • Inbound product received via water, Colonial/Laurel pipeline and rail.

  • All product blending capabilities

  • Anticipated products include gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, bio-diesel, ethanol, VGO, blend stocks and additives.

  • Dock- 700’ LOA, 38 foot draft, no beam restrictions

    • Pumping rates of 10,000 barrels per hour

  • Rail spur capable of receiving and unloading full unit trains of 50-60 cars, two trains per day

  • Truck rack- fully automated, open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

  • Two bays with four arms each, in-line blending capability and pump rates of 550-600 gallons per minute.
